When I search for ways to improve memory there are plenty of articles to do basics like exercise, eat well, get lots of sleep. Assuming you're already doing those things are there other ways to improve your memory and recall? Ideally I would love to be able to easily recall something I read from a book, or easily recall something someone told me in a conversation.
